Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this site and the services offered by Strange Logistics LLC ("we," "us"). By booking a call or purchasing a service, you agree to them.
What we offer
- The Back-Office Install ($497 founding rate, one-time). Live screen-share sessions — as many as the work requires, typically spread across about a week — in which we set up automation for administrative tasks on your own Amazon and related accounts, plus the follow-up and updates described on the site. The price is a one-time total; additional sessions within the install do not cost extra.
- Coaching Call ($100/hour, or $50 if recorded for publication). A one-on-one working session on your business.
You keep full control of your accounts and all buying/sourcing decisions at all times. We do not operate your store, purchase inventory, or make business decisions for you.
Booking and payment
Payment for the install is collected when you book, or at the start of your first session. Your money is protected by the 7-Day Guarantee below rather than by delaying payment. Coaching sessions are payable as agreed at booking. If you choose the recorded ($50) coaching option, you grant us permission to publish the session recording (for example, on YouTube) as educational content.
Guarantee and refunds
The 7-Day Guarantee. For the Back-Office Install: if the system is not live on your real numbers within seven days of your first session, you receive a full refund of everything you paid. Where the work needs more sessions than expected, we continue at no additional charge. Separately, you may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your install. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
This guarantee assumes you're reachable to attend the sessions and provide the access the work needs; if scheduling on your side pushes the work past seven days, we'll agree a new date rather than void the guarantee.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the access needed to complete the work.
- Comply with Amazon's policies, your other vendors' terms, and all applicable laws and taxes.
- Keep your own credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your accounts.
Intellectual property
The tools, templates, and materials we provide are licensed to you for use in your own business. Please don't resell, redistribute, or repackage them for others without written permission.
No guarantee of results
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee any particular business outcome or income. Please see our Earnings Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us for them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost inventory.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Strange Logistics LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
